type of service do you provide?

are the advantages?
You SAVE
TIME and MONEY. NO van hire hassles including
deposits, driving, collection and delivery.
There are NO waiting charges and NO minimum
2 hour charges. |
Do
you cover all areas in London?
We are based in central London NW1 and cover
mainly
central London as well as NW London easily
and quickly; Hampstead, Belsize
Park, Primrose Hill, Swiss Cottage, Kentish
Town, St John's Wood, Muswell Hill, Crouch
End etc.
NB.
We do not cover all local authority council
estates due to high levels of vandalism and
crime.

Do
you supply packaging?
No. Please ensure everything is boxed, bagged
and ready to go. |
Do
you move large items?
No.
we don't move beds, mattresses, sofas or wardrobes
etc as part of our service. We may offer small
single item move at competitive rate. Call for
a quote. |
Do
you remove rubbish?
No we don't move general
builders rubble. including used paint tins,
oily/greasy mechanical parts, household waste/used
carpet, fridge or freezer disposal, hazardous
or toxic waste, garden waste and pets or livestock. |
How
big is the van?
A
small panel Ford Connect van. |
What
size is the loading area?
5 ft length x 4ft height
x 4.4ft width. Think of a large secure cube! |
Can
I travel with the diver?
Yes, we
can take 1 passenger. |
How
do you take payment?
Cash or PayPal. You can make payments
to payments@myvanman.co.uk with PayPal. Or, by
registering your mobile phone to your PayPal account
you can pay using your mobile phone.

our pricing offers you the best value for money
and is easy for you to calculate.
Monday
to Friday 08.00 - 18.00
First hour £35 then £20 per half
hour
Congestion Charge if applicable £8
Evenings and Weekends
First hour £45 then £25 per half
hour
Congestion Charge if applicable £8
Full
Day £250 inclusive of fuel, driver assistance
and Congestion Charge. Extra fuel charges apply
when traveling outside the M25. |
| Are
there any extra charges ? |
Parking
must be arranged and is the responsibility of
the customer and any parking fines must be paid
by the customer to the driver on completion
of the job.

TERMS |

| A
non refundable deposit of £50 is payable
for all jobs booked more than 1 week in advance
and on all full day jobs. |
| Cancellation
on the day of your confirmed job will result
in you paying a £50 cancellation fee plus
any legal expenses should this not be paid.
Our vans are
insured for the carraige of goods. If you have
any specific valueable item/s please check that
they are covered for carraige on your own policy.
Otherwise, we may have to make specific arrangements
at a small extra cost.
We request
that customers disclose as much information
about the job as possible. We reserve the right
to refuse to take any load if we feel is unsuitable
or that has not been accurately described before
collection. |
We
know how important it is to be on time. Although
we do our best to always be on time, circumstances
out of our control e.g. traffic may cause delays. |
We
accept no responsibility for loss or damage
to property after job is complete.
